Thomas S. Edwards, Jr., is an AV-rated, board certified civil trial lawyer who graduated from the Stetson University College of Law in 1983. In his career, he has served as president of the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Jacksonville Bar, the Jacksonville Trial Lawyers, the Florida Justice Association-The State Trial Lawyers, and was named the 2012 & 2015 Best Lawyers Jacksonville Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year.
Eric Ragatz graduated from the Stetson University College of Law in 1996 and is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell. In addition to his career in the courtroom, he has independently and collaboratively authored various sections in The Florida Bar, Florida Civil Practice for Trial, 7th Ed., a series of publications designed to aid Florida lawyers in practicing more efficiently and effectively in civil litigation.
